Six cans of coffee were taken to Samaritan Men’s Ministry in October. They were very appreciative! More coffee is always needed. Thanks to all who donated! We also donated $500.00 from the regular Mission budget to CCMC (Cooperative Christian Ministries and Clinic) in October. We will continue collecting cold weather clothing through the end of November. The box is in the outer narthex. The “Mitten Tree” will be put up after Thanksgiving. Mittens, gloves, scarves, and socks for all ages are needed to decorate the tree. THANKS! We meet Nov. 7 at 11:00 am at the Church.

The 2017 Mission to Lake Village and Dermott, AR was a wonderful experience. People are still recovering from the March, 2016 flood and are so appreciative of help. Thirteen members of Westminster Presbyterian Church and First Presbyterian Church, Hot Springs, joined to build a deck, fix a ceiling, and paint a house. Hard work, fellowship, and doing God’s work led to smiles all around. To see pictures of these missions, move your cursor to the menu above and hover over “Missions”.
